any bad habit asks for a stern and positive mindset to
leave it forever. Contrary, to what people in general believe getting rid of

schedule. Those who like to go for a walk can do that too. Practice yoga,
meditation and breathing techniques to energize your mind. Find a similar
person who wants to quit too. In fact join a group and participate in the
debate. Avoid cigarettes and give yourself a pat on the back on each denial.
Write these amazing dates and incidents on your diary and read it every time
you feel down. Drink plenty of water and believe in your determination. After
all, a determined effort can move a mountain in no time. Hence, practice these
